MISSION
Create a comprehensive conservation plan, which would bring together the latest advances in biotechnology with the view of the indigenous people in order to reach the PCCA conservational objectives.

OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVE 1
Optimize the breeding, the rescue and rehabilitation of the Andean Condors (Vultur gryphus) to derive individuals to the species conservational plans ex situ and in situ, with the purpose to contribute to the biodiversity conservation and ecological equilibrium.
OBJECTIVE 2
Implement a cultural, educational and broadcasting plan to consolidate the scope and results of PCCA, to make a positive change in the community based on the appreciation of all life forms and respect for ancient traditions.
OBJECTIVE 3
Promote training to volunteers, nationals and foreigners, students and professionals, ensuring the functionality of the programme, strengthening its results and encouraging technical exchange. In this way we ensure the scientific development and the academic education on biodiversity conservation.
OBJECTIVE 4
Use the collective strengths of regional, national and foreign associations as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations, to foster institutional participation with the purpose to inform and influence the political change on the environment.
OBJECTIVE 5
Promote the establishment of Protected Areas, private or state-owned, focused on the conservation of the Andean Condor ensuring the wildlife survival and environmental equilibrium.
